We have different teams in our organization that work in a hierarchy to give out optimum results to our clients. It is this team work that makes us what we are today.
When it comes to hierarchy, the top most level is of the CEO who negotiates with the client and accepts the project. He keeps in touch with the client on regular basis to check out for necessary changes or modifications.
The next level is of the Internet Marketing Professional who takes instructions from the CEO about the project and distributes the work among Team Leaders. He is also responsible for providing necessary training to IMTs' (Internet Marketing Trainee).
The next level is of Team Leaders. Team leaders supervise the project in hand. They can lead one or more teams at a time depending on the requirement. The reports handed over by the team coordinators is processed and reviewed in detail by the team leaders. They are also in day to day contact with the respective team coordinators.
This is the lowest level of this hierarchy. Every team consists of 5-7 IMTs'. Teams are formed keeping in mind the strengths of each individual. Out of these IMTs', one is a team coordinator who manages the working of the team by creating reports and assigning work to each individual in the team. In general, team coordinators from each team report to their respective team leader at the end of each month with a detailed report. However, team coordinators can contact their team leaders any time if required.
